Speeds quoted are maximum headline speeds that downloads/uploads will burst to, they are not guaranteed constant speeds. You are however guaranteed that speeds delivered will adequately allow for the full monthly data volume to be consumed within the given period.

All subscription payments are required on a prepaid basis.

Upgrades available at any time during a subscription month, downgrades must be ordered a minimum of 7 days before the next billing date.

Fair Access Policy (FAP): Speeds are closely monitored to allow all users on the platform fair & equal access. Exceeding data allocations subjects users to FAP throttle whereby speeds are forcibly limited to 64/64kbps until usage normalizes to expected levels in line with package data allocations or until the next automatic platform reset (resets are performed in 72 hour cycles.)
